This is when my Manager role took off. I was a Community/Staff manager on Hyperium Network from the start. We had a nice and active discord community. The owners didn’t spend time on Advertisement. I decided to start inviting. We had around 1000 discord members when we released the server. We hit 150 members on our skyblock release and made over 400$ just off the release.
CrankedNetwork -
I was a Manager on the CrankedNetwork, and I worked alongside the owner, Bubble, on this project. Cranked had 4 successful maps. The server hit around 200 players every release.
RageRaids -
I was a Manager on the RageRaids, I worked alongside Precisioning. Another great experience. I was an Administrator on the last map RageRaids had. I really wanted RageRaids to get another map to prove it's more than just a Factions Server / Network.
VoyageMC -
I was a Manager on VoyageMC, with the owner being FaziPvP / Fazi. This server had a large and loyal playerbase. Map #1 went flawless. Map #2 had some large issues so Fazi decided to release it. The map closed early and Fazi payed out the #1 , #2 and #3 factions.
BlocksVille -
I was a Sr. Admin on BlocksVille, I worked alongside with Dynasty. Another great experience. This was one of the large skyblocks networks / servers around the time I've been apart. This server had about 210/350 players on release when I was a part of the staff team
VenomPvP -
I was a Manager on VenomPvP. I really enjoyed being a Manager on VenomPvP. The player base and the features were amazing. The map I was Manager on had 230/300 players online on release.
Badlion -
I was a Mod on Badlion. Badlion was the best HCF / KITMAP network I have ever been on. The player base was always hyped and the higherup staff did their job in a proper way. I resigned here because I didn’t fit in the ‘’Staff Team’’. I was more of a factions / skyblock type of person. I am currently working to get a bit more known in HCF / KITMAP.
VeltPvP -
I was a Mod on VeltPvP. VeltPvP was one of the Networks / Servers I didn’t enjoy supporting. The player base was really toxic. I resigned from VeltPvP due to factions Threatening the staff team constantly with swat threats and other types of things. The Admins didn’t do their job by blacklisting them off the network.
HorizonPvP -
I was owner on HorizonPvP. Our beta we had over 100 people online. Sadly had to shut down due to personal reasons.
What makes you stand out over other applicants? (300+ words) What sets me apart is my deep understanding of competitive factions and the Minecraft community as a whole. Having played Comp factions since 2017, I have a keen sense of what players want and expect from a high-quality server. I am proactive in identifying and solving issues, and I always strive to improve the player experience. My background in management across multiple servers has given me the insight and skills to handle challenges effectively and efficiently.
