Why are you interested in applying for our team? I have played factions for the past 2 years, forged friendships, and had a lot of fun during my time playing factions. I've played the pvp side of the game and I would like to experience the staffing side. I don't have much experience staffing for factions however I did staff for HCF servers. I would love to be a part of the staff team and be able to help out the community.
What made you chose our team over others? The first server that I saw actually still has a player base.

What makes you stand out over other applicants? (300+ words) I've been playing mcpvp for the past 5 years with on-and-off breaks. I've staffed on a few servers and feel like I know how to treat a player respectfully and handle a situation without escalating it. I want to be a part of the community and bring everyone together despite their differences. I would love to be a part of the staff team and I feel like I can provide a different perspective considering I've staffed on HCF servers. I've been a part of factions who would try to talk their way out of being timed out or banned for shady shit. I've been in factions that had players who cheat so I know what to look for.
