Why are you interested in applying for our team? Im interested to become a staff member of LotusMC network because I think I am a valid addition to the staff team, I have studied a lot for this role and I really want to be part of this team, I would like to help the network to moderate the chat from the most aggressive players of the type. who rage against other players, to enforce the rules of Lotus to those who do not respect it. In general I would like to join your staff team to get a "+" if we want to call it, as regards the "staff experience" but also to work with people who have or maybe have had an experience regarding moderation or how to behave in different situations with users in which maybe I personally have a little more difficulty, it would help me a lot in my path that I would like to continue to carry out.
What made you chose our team over others? Then, wha made me so special over others?
I would improve the experience of the players by giving them as much support as possible in the shortest possible time, so as to satisfy their requests for support, I will mute the most toxic players or those with a more aggressive character towards other players, I would send clips to senior staff members in case there are cheaters on the net.
I am honest, dedicated, and I have a passion for what I do and what I like to do, I always do it with a smile and with commitment.

In discord, I would most likely be socializing with other players or staff while constantly checking the support rooms. I think it is important to also talk about what I can bring to the Staff Team and the Community, for example, Maturity, Loyalty, Honesty, help, and time. Having been a staff member of many of the most famous Italian and European servers has helped me and I hope I have learned something to bring here on lotusmc beyond the things I have listed above, I hope you will give me a chance in your staff team.
