Why are you interested in applying for our team? I would like to become a Staff Member on Lotus to help the server out. To be honest on why, I want to just help with whatever work is there for me to do so the server can succeed. I can do my Position right and try to overall make things perfect for the community. This server is also one of the only good comp factions servers last. I also think it would be fun to help out players. I enjoy playing comp factions with all the aspects of the game. I am really experienced with dealing with things such as hackers, glitchers, and toxic players. I want to make a good environment for new players just trying Factions out. I believe this server can truly revive Factions and I want to be apart of it to reach that goal. I am passionate about contributing my skills, dedication, and positive attitude for this Position.
What made you chose our team over others? I choose the Lotus team over others because there are other teams that are messed up and really unprofessional and act lazy. Lotus actually wants to do things and bring a whole factions community which id like to be apart of while being on the LotusMC staff team.

What makes you stand out over other applicants? (300+ words) I think what makes me stand my how I handle situations. I can multitask and take leadership of this Position. Another thing that makes me stand out is my teamwork, I work well with teams and I think working with other people is great for me to possibly teach them things and maybe they can teach me some things too. I have good communication with other Staff members with any situation they will need help with I can be there to assist. I believe all these things I have just listed can make me a excellent fit for this Position.
